In this section we will reveal some details about our near-future project, the Suzuki RGV 430 Screamer.
We'll be using our Suzuki RGV 250 frame and swingarm and the Suzuki RG 500 engine.

The main objective of this prototype, is to unite the pleasure and easiness of controling a lightweight superbike with a 4 cylinder 2-Stroke GP alike powerplant.
With this engine, we can obtain an high revy peak top-end reving till near 14 500 - 15 000 rpm, with SCREAMER ignition without compromising the reliability of the internal components, because the engine quotes (bore x stroke) will be different from standard RG 500 (56mm x 50mm)

This engine would be unique, since the last SCREAMER versions were only seen on the 500 class in the early 90's but were abandoned because the power curve was too agressive and the pilots couldn't handle them, the rear tire had much more consuming than with the BIG-BANG normal version.
On the other hand, by changing the engine bore & stroke, we can transform this hipersquare engine into a square engine of 52mm x 50mm resulting in a final 430 cm3.

The engine tuning will seat on the following specifications:

Rebored cylinders with new iron cast sleeves, from stock 56mm piston to kart 100 WISECO forged 52mm piston.
New cylinders diagrams, reshaped ports and transfers, creation of exhaust boost ports.
Modified cylinder heads for new compression ratio of ~15:1 (Traditional/European Formula) using 115 octane AV GAS
.
True crankshaft for maximum precision and balance it with a tendency to the TDC.
Kart 100 connecting-rods with longer length.
Four 34mm carburetors without using any type of air filter.
4 custom rotary valve discs by LuFo with new agressive timings for top-end power.
Modified inlet manifold for new carburetors.
4 Hand-made exhaust systems, for 14 500 - 15 000 rpm in charge.
69% of engine square index.
Hand-made CDI with new ignition diagram map, for SCREAMER explosion order.
Changes into crankshafts position to allow the SCREAMER explosion order.
Close ratio gearbox from Mark Dent's with the following losses %: 2nd - 23.46% 3rd - 18.34% 4th - 11.36% 5th - 7.8% 6th - 5.87%

The power output predicted for this engine preparation is about 140 engine hp in a reliable Dyno with an uncomparable joy of riding .

About the chassis part, we have in mind:

Using an OHLINS front suspension for Aprilia RS 250 2000'. .
Magnesium Marchesini for the model Aprilia RS 250 2000' in gold racing color and 10 arms.
This wheels in alloyed magnesium can reduce the weight in 35-45%.
90% of the MotoGP teams use Marchesini in magnesium.
OHLINS rear suspension for Aprilia RS 250 2000'.
Transmission with Renthal front and rear sprockets, with the right ratio for making real 240 km/h (GPS) in 6th gear.
