This section is dedicated to the rebuild of our Suzuki RG 500 Gamma, which was hibernating on the past years.

We've decided to brought it to life again, on a naked version, maintaing the stock engine and pipes, only with different silencers.
The chassis will be a little different, we'll use the stock aluminium frame (which is very light indeed), the stock swingarm, but using our Aprilia RS 250 wheels, the front one will be stock and the rear a PVM forged aluminium 5.5.
Both coloured gold.

Here's some photos of the beginning of the rebuild:

Body will be only the rear, Yamaha YZR 500 mould replica with some adjustments, which will be painted in black matte and the fuel deposit aswell.

Transmission for the beginning we'll start using 14 - 42 (stock 16 - 40), we know, it will be very very short (~190 km/h in 6th gear), but as long as we'll ride the beast we'll confirm if it's really short or not for our rides.

The objective is to achieve a great fun bike with good riding position and short top speed, not more than 200 - 210 km/h with the correct transmission, but trying to achieve a very lightweight package for the stock 95 horsepower of the Gamma.

Be in touch with this section, since we will be updating it as long as the project evolves.
