In the beginning, the Polaris Scrambler 400 2000' was like in the photos.
The exhaust was almost done by LuFo, on the right photo a preview of how the PULSAR custom silencer would fit in the Polaris.
The Polaris was in bad shape when we bought it, in BRITOMOTOS.
The engine was already assembled with the modified crankshaft, the alloy cylinder base gasket was also assembled in the cylinder.

The crankshaft already trued with the new WISECO connecting-rod for Kawasaki KX 500 model (145 mm) with the piston mounted aswell.
Chassis powercoated in grey.

Polished + chromed parts
We fitted the Polaris Scrambler 500 4x4 fenders to see how the Polaris would look like when finished.
On the left photo, the crankcase polished and on the right photo the supports for the A-Arms were zinked.
Already @ LuFo's workshop, the exhaust assembly was the next step and check the vibrations from the engine.
Transmission and the FactoryFX decals
The look of the exhaust in the frame is sweet and the PULSAR silencer gives it a new agressive view aswell.
The stock swingarm had a plastic treatment and then was painted in gold.
